A new take on Three-Bean Salad

The purple climbing French beans grow on elegant vines — purplish stems, lilac flowers and huge leaves. They’re very tender (even those lurking lunkers), stringless and turn a deep green when cooked. Highly recommended. I happened upon the XL packets of seeds at my local nursery, 101 Plants: exported by Franchi Sementi of Italy, est. 1783 “Fagiolo Rampicante Trionfo Violetto”
